At Noys 3D Prints, many of our items are made to order, and shipping times may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing and Production Times
1.1 Standard and Ready-Made Orders
Most of our physical products are made to order.
We aim to produce and dispatch most standard and ready-made items within 2 to 7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing or agreed in writing.
1.2 Custom and Bespoke Orders
Custom orders, bespoke items, STL creation, AI-assisted custom models, and design-based work may require additional production time depending on:
- design complexity
- revision requests
- file preparation or repair
- testing or prototyping
- current workload
- customer response times
Estimated timelines for custom work will vary and are not subject to the same dispatch times as standard products.
1.3 Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- high order volume
- printer maintenance or technical issues
- material supply issues
- custom project complexity
We will aim to keep customers informed where possible.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping options, delivery speeds, and costs will be shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier or service used unless a specific delivery option has been purchased.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- destination
- courier performance
- seasonal demand
- customs processing
- weather or external disruptions
4. UK Delivery
For orders within the United Kingdom:
- delivery typically takes 1 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the service used
- tracking may be provided where available
5. International Delivery
We ship internationally where available.
Delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination and customs processing.
International orders may take:
- 5 to 20+ working days, depending on location
6. Customs, Duties and Import Charges
For international orders:
- the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by the destination country
- customs processing may cause delays outside our control
We are not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- the delivery address is correct and complete
- someone is available to receive the parcel where required
- parcels are collected from delivery offices or collection points if missed
We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Missed Deliveries and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is:
- not collected
- refused
- returned due to incorrect address
- returned due to failed delivery attempts
we may require additional postage costs before re-sending the order.
9. Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time:
- please contact us with your order details
- we will investigate with the courier where applicable
We may require a reasonable waiting period before treating a parcel as lost, in line with courier guidelines.
10. Delivered but Not Received
Where tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, this will normally be treated as successful delivery.
If you believe a parcel has been misdelivered or lost after delivery confirmation:
- please contact us as soon as possible
- we may assist in raising a claim with the courier
However, we are not responsible for loss where delivery has been confirmed unless there is evidence of courier error.
11. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
- contact us as soon as possible
- provide photos of the packaging and item
We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.
12. Combined Shipping
Where multiple items are purchased in the same order, they may be shipped together where possible.
In some cases, items may be shipped separately depending on production or availability.
We may offer combined postage or discounted shipping on multiple items where applicable.
13. Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout:
- we may not be able to amend the order once it has been dispatched
- we are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
14. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to:
- refuse shipping to certain locations
- cancel orders where shipping is not possible
- adjust shipping methods where necessary
