Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 March 2026
Welcome to Noys 3D Prints. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products, memberships, digital services, and custom design services from us.
By using this website, placing an order, creating an account, purchasing credits, or subscribing to any membership plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. About Us
This website is operated by Noys 3D Prints, a UK-based small business specialising in 3D printed products, custom miniature items, and AI-assisted design services.
For customer service enquiries, please contact:
2. Eligibility to Use This Website
By using this website, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or
- you are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.
3. Products and Services
We may offer the following through our website:
- Physical 3D printed products
- Made-to-order items
- Custom-sized or customised products
- AI-generated design services
- Downloadable or digital design-related services (if applicable)
- Paid credits for AI generation
- Subscription or membership plans
All products and services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, service, membership, or website feature at any time without notice.
4. Product Information
We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible. However:
- all dimensions may have slight tolerances
- colours shown on screen may differ from the final item
- 3D printed items may contain minor layer lines, print marks, or slight surface variations
- hand-finished, painted, or custom items may vary slightly from product photos
- AI-generated or concept preview images are for illustration purposes and may not represent the exact final physical product unless clearly stated
Because many items are made to order, each item may have small differences. These are normal characteristics of 3D printed and custom-made products and do not automatically qualify as faults.
5. Custom and Personalised Orders
If you request a custom size, colour, design adjustment, personalised text, or bespoke item:
- you are responsible for checking all measurements, spelling, and details before confirming your order
- once production has started, changes may not be possible
- custom and personalised items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they arrive faulty or not as described
We reserve the right to refuse custom requests that are unsafe, unlawful, offensive, impossible to produce, or unsuitable for our services.
6. AI-Generated Design Services
Where we offer AI-assisted design or generation services:
- outputs are generated using automated tools and may not always be perfect
- results may vary depending on prompts, source images, settings, and technical limitations
- generated previews are concept-based and may require adaptation before they are suitable for physical printing
- we do not guarantee that every AI-generated result will meet a customer's exact expectations without revision
Customers are responsible for reviewing generated designs before proceeding with any purchase, print, or production request.
We reserve the right to reject prompts, uploads, or requests that are illegal, offensive, infringing, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.
7. User Uploads and Submitted Content
If you upload images, logos, text, prompts, or design references to our website, you confirm that:
- you own the rights to that content, or
- you have permission to use it
You must not upload or submit any content that:
- infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- is defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, or obscene
- contains malware, malicious code, or harmful files
- is unlawful or misleading
You remain responsible for any content you upload.
We reserve the right to remove, reject, block, or delete submitted content at our discretion.
8. Accounts
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:
- keeping your login details secure
- ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
- all activity carried out under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
9. Memberships, Subscriptions and Credits
We may offer guest accounts, paid memberships, subscriptions, and/or purchased credits for AI generation or other services.
9.1 Subscription Credits
Where a subscription includes monthly credits:
- credits are allocated monthly
- unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
- subscription credits do not roll over unless we clearly state otherwise
9.2 Purchased Credits
Where credits are purchased separately:
- purchased credits remain on the customer account until used, unless otherwise stated
- credits are non-transferable
- credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
9.3 Failed Generations
Where a generation or paid website function fails due to a confirmed technical error on our system, we may refund the credit automatically or manually at our discretion. We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse or repeated exploit attempts before issuing any credit refund.
9.4 Subscription Changes
We may update subscription features, pricing, benefits, or availability at any time. Any changes will not affect payments already taken for the current billing period unless required by law.
9.5 Cancellations
Customers may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through their account or by contacting us. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
10. Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable:
- product charges
- service fees
- shipping fees
- taxes where applicable
Orders will not be processed until payment has been received successfully. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and issue a refund where appropriate.
11. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been formally accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- stock or material issues
- production limitations
- pricing or listing errors
- suspected fraud or misuse
- inappropriate or prohibited custom requests
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund where appropriate.
12. Production, Dispatch and Project Turnaround Times
12.1 Ready-Made and Standard Printed Orders
Many of our physical products are made to order. We aim to produce and dispatch most ready-made and standard printed orders within 2 to 7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing or agreed in writing.
Estimated production and dispatch times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
12.2 Custom, Bespoke and Design-Based Orders
Custom orders, bespoke requests, STL creation, model design work, AI-assisted custom jobs, and other made-for-you services may require additional time depending on the complexity of the work.
Turnaround times for these services may vary based on:
- design complexity
- revision requests
- file preparation or repair requirements
- print testing or prototype checks
- current workload
- customer response times and approval delays
Any estimated timeframe for custom or design-based work begins only once all required information, files, measurements, and references have been provided by the customer.
Where possible, we will provide an estimated timeframe, but custom and design-based projects are not subject to the same dispatch times as standard printed products.
12.3 Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- high order volume
- printer maintenance or technical issues
- material supply issues
- custom order complexity
- postal or courier delays
We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will try to keep customers informed where possible.
13. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from the United Kingdom. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method used unless a specific service has been purchased.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on:
- postal or courier services
- destination country or region
- customs processing
- seasonal demand or peak periods
- weather, strikes, or other events outside our control
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by:
- incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer
- missed delivery attempts
- failure to collect an item from a delivery office, parcel shop, or collection point
- customs delays or import processing
- courier or postal service disruptions outside our control
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect, we may require the customer to pay additional postage costs before the order can be re-sent.
Where tracking confirms that an item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, this will normally be treated as successful delivery unless there is evidence of loss, misdelivery, or courier error.
14. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
For international orders:
- the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or local fees charged by the destination country
- customs processing times may delay delivery
- we are not responsible for customs delays or charges outside our control
By ordering internationally, you accept responsibility for complying with your local import laws and requirements.
15. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your cancellation, return, and refund rights may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased, including whether the order relates to:
- a standard physical item
- a made-to-order item
- a personalised or custom item
- a digital service
- purchased credits
- a subscription or membership
15.1 Standard Physical Items
Where eligible under UK consumer law, customers may have the right to cancel or return a standard non-custom physical item within the applicable cancellation period. To be eligible for return, the item must generally be:
- unused
- in its original condition
- returned in suitable resale condition
15.2 Custom, Personalised and Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalised, and made-to-order items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. This includes items made to specific customer requirements, including custom sizing, colour requests, personalised details, bespoke modifications, or made-for-you production.
15.3 Digital Services, Credits and Memberships
Digital services, AI-generated outputs, purchased credits, subscription credits, and membership benefits are generally non-refundable once delivered, allocated, activated, started, or used, unless required by law or where a confirmed technical fault has occurred on our side.
Unused subscription credits may expire in line with the applicable subscription terms. Purchased credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless otherwise required by law.
15.4 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights in relation to goods or services that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant details and photographs where appropriate.
15.5 Separate Policy
Please also read our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms where applicable and provides further detail on cancellations, returns, refunds, and eligibility.
16. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within a reasonable period and provide:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos where possible
If we confirm a genuine fault, we may offer, at our discretion:
- a replacement
- a repair
- store credit
- a refund
We may request the item to be returned before resolving the issue.
Please note that slight layer lines, minor print marks, small finish variations, and minor surface imperfections are normal characteristics of 3D printed and made-to-order products and do not automatically indicate that an item is faulty.
17. Intended Use and Safety
Our products are generally intended for:
- collectors
- hobbyists
- model makers
- decorative use
- display use
- light miniature or tabletop use where stated
Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are not toys.
Many of our products may contain:
- small parts
- delicate or breakable features
- pointed edges or fine details
- paints, brushes, or finishing materials where included
Age Guidance
- Our products are generally intended for users aged 14 years and over for unsupervised use
- Children under 14 years old should only use, handle, paint, or assemble products under appropriate adult supervision
Our products may not be suitable for very young children due to potential choking hazards, fragile parts, or materials intended for hobby and craft use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely, appropriately, and in a suitable environment.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- product images
- graphics
- logos
- text
- layouts
- branding
- listings
- design concepts
- generated previews prepared by us
is owned by or licensed to Noys 3D Prints, unless otherwise stated.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially use any part of our website or content without written permission.
Where a customer provides their own artwork or source material, ownership of that original material remains with the rightful owner.
19. Custom Design Ownership, AI File Rights and Customer Content
Ownership and usage rights vary depending on the type of file, design, or service provided.
19.1 Paid Custom STL and Bespoke File Work
Where a customer pays us to create a custom STL file, bespoke 3D model, personal design file, or similar made-for-customer digital output, ownership of the completed file will transfer to the customer once the work has been completed and delivered.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this means the customer may:
- keep the completed file
- print it for personal or commercial use
- resell it
- share it
- reuse or reproduce it
This applies to files specifically created as a paid custom service for that customer.
19.2 Customer-Supplied Photos, Logos and Personal References
Where a customer provides their own:
- photographs
- family images
- personal reference images
- logos
- sketches
- artwork
- design concepts
the customer confirms that they own the rights to use that content or have permission to provide it.
Any files created specifically from a customer's personal photos, family references, personal likeness, or supplied branding will be treated as customer-specific work.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will not reproduce, publish, list for sale, or commercially resell customer-specific personal models created from this type of submitted content.
We may, however, request the customer's permission to use images, renders, or photographs of the finished model for advertising, portfolio, or promotional purposes only. Such use will only take place where the customer has given clear permission, and any such model will not be reproduced, sold, or commercially distributed on that basis unless separately agreed in writing.
We are under no obligation to request or use such permission.
19.3 AI-Generated Website Designs
Where a user creates or generates a model, concept, or design using our website AI generation tools, the resulting generated design remains the intellectual property of Noys 3D Prints, unless expressly stated otherwise.
This includes, but is not limited to, AI-generated:
- figurines
- decorative items
- fantasy models
- creature designs
- dollhouse accessories
- generic objects
- ornamental items
- concept-generated printable models
Users may purchase, download, or print such generated outputs for personal use or for the specific service purchased, but commercial ownership and resale rights do not automatically transfer unless expressly stated in writing.
19.4 Our Right to Reuse and Sell AI-Generated Designs
Unless a design is clearly based on customer-specific personal content (such as a family photo, private likeness, or supplied personal branding), we reserve the right to:
- reuse
- adapt
- modify
- reproduce
- list for sale
- commercially sell
- redistribute
AI-generated or platform-generated model concepts created through our website.
This means that if a user creates a non-personal design through our platform — for example a fantasy figure, decorative object, dragon, creature, or similar generic concept — we may choose to further develop or sell versions of that design through our website or product catalogue.
19.5 Customer Responsibility for Submitted Content
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that any content they upload, submit, or request us to use does not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property right, or third-party permission.
We do not accept liability for infringement arising from customer-supplied content, references, or instructions.
19.6 Separate Written Agreements
If any different ownership, licensing, resale, exclusivity, or commercial usage rights are agreed for a particular order, project, or file, those rights will only apply where clearly confirmed in writing.
20. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this website:
- for fraud or unlawful activity
- to interfere with or disrupt the website
- to reverse engineer or abuse our tools or services
- to attempt to exploit pricing, credits, subscriptions, or technical systems
- to upload harmful, infringing, or abusive content
- to copy or scrape our content or product catalogue without permission
We reserve the right to suspend access, cancel orders, remove accounts, or take further action where misuse is suspected.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noys 3D Prints shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of profits, business, data, or opportunity
- delays caused by third parties
- user dissatisfaction caused by subjective design preferences where the product/service matches the agreed specification
- technical interruptions, downtime, bugs, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
22. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that this website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, update, or restrict parts of the website for maintenance, upgrades, security, or operational reasons.
23. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and store personal data.
24. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this website, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
25. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms or use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
